“The team was an hour and a half late. No one called to let me know they would be late. They didn’t apologize or mention it when they showed up. They seemed to be in a real rush. They advertise the service should take 3-4 hours. These guys were here for an hour twenty minutes max. I had gone outside to throw something away and they had pulled the car in over the hose which they neglected to put back and the guys were missing. A lot of attention to detail was missed - bug spots on the front bumper and mirrors. Doesn’t look like they touched the windshield at all. I had a few items in my car which they casually discarded on the floor of my garage. When they finally rang the doorbell to let me know they were finished they didn’t show me their work product or ask if there was anything I thought they missed. Full service car washes even give you that decency and redo something if you point it out. You can’t tell me they steam cleaned my carpets in that amount of time. Not the customer service or experience I would expect given the $509 price tag. I tipped them when I should have (certainly less than I normally would have had they done the job I was expecting.). I would not reuse this service. ”

“Looking at the service after the technician left it does not appear that the interior was Shampooed as it states in the description. The carpets are not even damp. He may have vacuumed the interior, but not the trunk. There was some very light dog hair in the trunk and it wasn't removed.
I had to ask to have the door jambs cleaned description states "Clean all door jambs and trunk seals" they still are not cleaned very well. I was discounted $15 because the technician ran out of cleaning supplies to finish the engine compartment.
front center console cup holders were not cleaned as the description states "Clean all interior cup holders"
For $254, I expected a better service.”

“The work was done great. Scored lower than a 5 because the tech did not call to say he had arrived and started working on the wrong car. In my description of my vehicle it was indicated my car is a Jeep GRAND Cherokee where as my daughters car sitting in the driveway is a Jeep Limited Sahara. My car was in the garage and accidentally her car was unlocked so that’s where he started. Could have saved him some time with a quick call to say he was here and could have instructed him on the vehicle that I needed the service for. Thanks and I will definitely return and recommend in the future. Thanks again. ”
